上周現貨黃金於4082附近位置開盤，周內最高反彈至4098一線附近，最低回踩至3886附近，週末收於4000一線位置。儘管上周金價探低回升，但本周價格暫時唯有進一步反彈的動作出現，整體保持震盪整理。
美國財政部因現金餘額高於預期下調季度借款規模預估
美國財政部下調了當前季度聯邦借款預估，主要是因為季度初現金餘額高於預期。財政部週一聲明稱，預計10月至12月淨借款規模為5690億美元，低於7月預估的5900億美元，該預估假設財政部12月底現金餘額為8500億美元，這一水準與前幾個季度一致。財政部預計明年1月至3月借款規模為5780億美元，目標是3月底保持8500億美元現金餘額。上一季度，財政部在國會通過提高債務上限法案後大幅增加國庫券發行以重建現金儲備，而這一餘額已超過此前8500億美元目標，自2021年4月以來首次達到1萬億美元。
美政府“停擺”將平紀錄 食品救濟金“減半”
美國聯邦政府“停擺”3日進入第34天，距35天的“停擺”最長歷史紀錄僅“一日之遙”。特朗普政府當天表示，將動用應急資金維持本月“補充營養援助計畫”一半救濟金的發放，但一些州可能需要數周甚至數月時間才能恢復發放。因資金耗盡，“補充營養援助計畫”本月1日起暫停發放救濟金。這一聯邦食品救濟專案由美國農業部監管，每月支出超過80億美元。據美國媒體報導，這是“補充營養援助計畫”設立60年來首次停發救濟金，以往即便在聯邦政府“停擺”期間也沒停發過。
