美元黃金微跌，日元瑞郎上漲
周二(8月3日)美元指數微跌，日元和瑞郎擴大漲幅，因與美國利差縮窄，且市場愈發擔憂近期呈現的新冠疫情將抑制全球經濟增長。金價走低，現貨黃金收在1810關口附近，交易員在本周晚些時候公布美國就業數據之前持觀望態度。油價延續前一交易日的大幅下跌，美油一度跌破70美元關口，刷新近二周低點至69.20美元/桶，新冠病毒德爾塔變異毒株迅速傳播，使市場擔憂原油需求前景。

美國較高的職位空缺數量“是一個非常有希望的迹象，表明機會正在增加”，不過同時指出數以百萬計的美國人仍然失業。盡管最近的招聘速度令人鼓舞，但就業人數仍然遠低于之前的水平。今年6月的就業人數比2020年2月低680萬。我希望我們在最近這種積極勢頭的基礎上繼續前進，因為還有更多工作要做，以使經濟恢複到此次公共衛生緊急狀態之前那樣的強勁基礎。目前，一些人在就業機會和轉行問題上面臨艱難的選擇。所以一些人可能需要時間才會重新進入勞動力市場。
中小盤股起舞數月 去年煎熬的小散盈利夠買車
數據顯示，截至7月30日，今年以來，中證500、中證1000指數分別累計上漲6.29%、9.27%，上證50、滬深300指數分別累計下跌13.95%、7.68%。而除今年以來上市的新股，今年以來漲幅在100%以上的個股有167只。其中，年初市值在500億元以下的個股有163只，中小市值股票占據97%以上。擴大來看，剔除今年以來上市的新股，今年以來漲幅在50%以上的個股數為478只，年初市值在500億元以下的個股有451只，中小盤股市值占94.35%。相對而言，中小盤股票走勢更強。在今年的中小盤風格之前，市場已連續5年呈現大盤風格。隨著今年中小盤風格持續演繹，近期衆多買方和賣方表示要對中小盤股加大關注度。（中國證券報）
