央行寬鬆預期和脫歐談判拖累英鎊

在英國央行緊急降息之後，市場對英國央行進一步降息的預期進一步升溫。歐洲時段盤中，英國央行公佈了一份特別政策會議紀要。該紀要內容是週三(3月11日)緊急降息的會議紀要，在週三英國央行緊急降息50個基點至0.25%。
特別會議紀要顯示，英國央行稱，如果需要更多貨幣刺激政策，我們將會實施，刺激政策的措施包括降息，量化寬鬆，擴大資助計畫。如果需要貨幣刺激，有政策選項。
英國央行稱，疫情將會影響英國的供應和需求，衛生事件將會影響英國的供應和需求，有充分理由進行大幅度降息。給中小企業提供借貸至關重要。受油價大跌影響，通脹率可能跌至1%以下。
近日，英國與歐盟在布魯塞爾結束就“脫歐”後貿易協定展開的首輪談判，雙方分歧嚴重。下一輪談判將于下周3月18日在倫敦舉行。

如果英歐無法在今年內達成貿易協定，雙方貿易關係將回到世貿組織框架內。聯合國貿易和發展會議的報告顯示，“無協定脫歐”造成的潛在關稅損失將介於114億美元至160億美元之間，而非關稅措施還會使損失額翻倍。報告指出，由於英國46%的出口都去往歐盟，這將對英國經濟造成重大打擊。
