降息概率再度飆升，金價重回4100
上周現貨黃金於4078一線位置開盤，周內最低回踩至3998附近位置，最高反彈回4132一線，最終收於4088一線附近，整體呈現探低回升走勢。儘管下方存在有效支撐，但上方價格依然面臨明顯的壓力，目前整體震盪格局依然沒有改變。
歐盟駁斥美國提議 拒以放寬數字監管換取鋼鋁關稅下調
歐盟反壟斷負責人排除放寬該集團科技監管規則的可能性，此前美國商務部長霍華德·盧特尼克稱，布魯塞爾需要修改其數字法規，以達成降低鋼鋁關稅的協議。盧特尼克週一接受採訪時表示，美國將以一項“不錯的鋼鋁”協議換取歐盟放鬆科技監管規定。美國目前對來自歐盟的鋼鐵和鋁徵收50%的關稅。“歐洲的數字準則不容談判，”歐盟委員會副主席Teresa Ribera週一晚些時候在聲明中表示。“我們歐洲人制定這些規則是為了確保公平市場和保護消費者權益，同時保障歐洲的數字未來。”
俄羅斯：結束烏克蘭危機“歐洲方案”不具建設性
據新華社報導，俄羅斯總統助理烏沙科夫24日表示，俄方已瞭解歐洲就結束烏克蘭危機所提出的和平方案，但該方案對俄方不具建設性，也不符合俄方利益。烏沙科夫接受俄羅斯媒體採訪時作出這一回應。西方媒體將這一“歐洲方案”視作歐洲對美國所提28點新計畫的“反建議”。
歐盟理事會批准2026年歐盟預算
歐盟理事會24日批准2026年歐盟財政預算。本次預算總額為1928億歐元，總支出設定為1901億歐元。歐盟輪值主席國丹麥財政大臣兼2026年歐盟預算首席談判代表尼古拉·瓦門說，2026年預算聚焦國防、移民、競爭力等優先領域，以“果斷回應歐洲公民的需求”。與此同時，預算也保留一定靈活性，以“應對不斷演變的危機”。在2026年預算中，歐盟按照其“多年度財政框架”下的承諾支出上限，保留了7.157億歐元的餘量，以確保有能力應對突發狀況。
