降息預期推動黃金反彈，金價逼近4200關口
本周現貨黃金價格於4008附近位置開盤，周內金價最低回踩至4004一線附近，隨後一直維持震盪反彈走勢，截至目前為止價格最高一度反彈至4212附近位置。金價自下方3886附近位置站穩後，整體反彈幅度已經達到326美元，後市仍有進一步反彈的趨勢。
美國政府“開門”將是慢動作 重啟時間或達一周以上
美國史上最長的政府停擺即將結束，但要全面恢復正常運作可能還需數日，部分機構甚至得一周或更久。薪資系統需要更新以補發停擺期間的工資。停滯長達43天的撥款發放、貸款申請和客服積案也需儘快清理。延誤的環保許可、工作場所檢查及政府合同審批在各聯邦機構中堆積如山。上述各項重啟工作都要等到國會通過撥款法案並由總統特朗普正式簽署後才能開展。眾議院最早可能於週三晚間通過參議院已批准的臨時撥款法案，但許多政府機構可能要到週五或下週一才能開始恢復運轉，具體取決於法案在國會的推進速度。
哈塞特：如有機會願意出任美聯儲主席 主張更大幅度降息
美國白宮國家經濟委員會主任哈塞特表示，他已告訴特朗普，如果被提名接替鮑威爾擔任美聯儲主席，他將接受這一職位。哈塞特補充說，他希望在12月的政策會議上實施更大幅度的降息。哈塞特是特朗普點名的候選人之一。他表示，對鮑威爾在長期政府停擺和好於預期的通脹數據背景下沒有採取更激進的降息感到驚訝。哈塞特說：“我認為總統覺得利率可以更低，而我對此表示贊同。”他指出，自己認為有理由進行50個基點的降息，但預計美聯儲只會降息25個基點。哈塞特認為政府關門每持續一周，美國GDP就會減少約150億美元，並指出9月的通脹數據低於預期。
國際能源署：全球約7.3億人仍無法獲得電力供應
國際能源署12日發佈的《2025年世界能源展望》報告說，全球約有7.3億人仍無法獲得電力供應，並且氣候風險日益加劇。報告說，在能源可及性和應對氣候變化方面，全球尚未達標。但報告也指出，如果全球在本世紀中葉實現淨零排放目標，長期升溫幅度仍有望控制在1.5攝氏度以內。
