本周現貨黃金於3450一線位置開盤，周內最低回踩至3436附近位置，最高一度刷新歷史高點並上行至3578一線附近，整體呈現震盪上行走勢。目前周線均線呈現多頭排列形態，價格交投於3510上方，後市或仍有進一步走高的可能。
美聯儲9月降息概率為96.6%
據CME“美聯儲觀察”：美聯儲9月維持利率不變的概率為3.4%，降息25個基點的概率為96.6%。美聯儲10月維持利率不變的概率為1.6%，累計降息25個基點的概率為46.8%，累計降息50個基點的概率為51.6%。
特朗普政府凍結對哈佛撥款被裁非法
美國波士頓聯邦地區法官艾莉森·伯勒斯當地時間9月3日下午裁定，特朗普政府凍結對哈佛大學22億美元資助款屬非法行為，不得再切斷對哈佛大學的科研經費支持。此前，伯勒斯在另一起訴訟案中還禁止特朗普政府中止哈佛招收國際學生的資格。 今年4月，特朗普政府宣佈凍結對哈佛大學總額22億美元的多年期撥款，以及6000萬美元的多年期合同款項。數月以來，特朗普政府和哈佛大學一直在就恢復研究經費進行談判。 哈佛大學就被特朗普政府凍結經費一事向聯邦法院提起訴訟，請求法官在9月3日之前對訴訟作出裁決。 此前，特朗普曾稱伯勒斯“系統性地接管了多起哈佛大學相關案件”，並質疑為何由這名“憎恨特朗普”的法官審理這些案件。特朗普還曾表示，只要這名法官作出不利裁決，聯邦政府將立即上訴，並將停止向哈佛大學提供數十億美元資金。
