軟脫歐行情讓英鎊升溫

英鎊兌美元的行情依舊激烈波動，由於支持脫歐的人群可能降低對於首相特蕾莎的脫歐協議的離場，帶動市場的軟脫歐預期升溫。雖然當前英鎊多頭佔據了主導地位，若脫歐協商出現利空資訊，空頭將快速佔據主導。
媒體報導稱，前任內閣閣員、同時也是脫歐陣營的伊恩·史密斯(Iain Duncan Smith)及保守黨議員邁克爾·法布裏坎特(MichaelFabricant)與保守黨脫歐派議員莫格(Jacob Rees-Mogg)的立場類似，要麼支持特雷莎的脫歐協議，要麼“無協議”脫歐。
週二在特雷莎承認沒有足夠的票數讓自己不受歡迎的脫歐協議獲得議會批准後，梅失去了對這一進程的控制權。本周初，英國下議院以329-302的表決結果剝奪了她對接下來進程的控制權。但她仍在爭取本周晚些時候付諸投票。
英國政府提出了改變英國脫歐日期的二級立法，並告誡說如果國會議員不予以支持，將會出現混亂。她非常遺憾地得出結論，下議院仍然沒有足夠的支持將這一協議帶回進行第三次有意義的投票。
