金價觸及千五關口，基本面施壓金價

9月9日，現貨黃金維持震盪下行趨勢，市場風險情緒有所好轉，市場對英國硬脫歐的擔憂有所緩和，這些因素對金價構成了施壓。金價出現了回落調整的情況，但全球央行寬鬆預期依舊存在，市場等待更多的消息。
歐洲方面，週一公佈的數據顯示，德國7月出口增加，使得這個歐洲最大經濟體的增長引擎第三季有個意外強勁的開局，表明德國經濟或許能夠經受住貿易爭端和英國退歐不確定性所帶來的部分衝擊。
美國方面，上周五，美聯儲主席鮑威爾在9月會議噤聲期前的的最後一次講話中有意淡化美國經濟衰退風險發生的可能性。鮑威爾不承認衰退即將到來，仍然以美國經濟良好來給市場信心。
良好的英國數據改善市場的擔憂情緒。週一(9月9日)歐洲時段盤中，市場關注的英國7月份GDP月率的數據超出預期，且創出今年1月以來最大增幅。具體數據顯示，英國7月GDP月率實際公佈0.3%，預期0.1%，前值0%。
同時，英國下議院和上議院分別投票通過了延遲“脫歐”的立法，即如果國會議員沒能在10月19日之前通過一項新的脫歐協議，或投票贊成“無協議脫歐”，法案將迫使首相把英國“脫歐”的時間延遲到2020年1月31日。
歐洲央行的貨幣政策正在履行其職責，但它無法做到一切，而且肯定無法創造奇跡。鑒於經濟放緩的原因，若是期待貨幣政策將包攬所有事情，那是不對的。
世界黃金協會8日最新數據顯示，截至8月末，中國黃金儲備為6245萬盎司，較7月的6226萬盎司增加了19萬盎司，這是中國央行連續第9個月增持黃金。根據世界黃金協會的統計，從今年年初至今全球各國央行的淨購金量已超過400噸，這是自2010年央行購金出現淨購買以來的最高年度累計水準。
據9月6日世界黃金協會發佈的最新報告，世界各國央行都在增持黃金。截至今年7月末，全球央行官方黃金儲備共計34407.58噸。其中，歐元區(包括歐洲央行)共計10775.7噸，占其外匯總儲備55.7%；央行售金協議簽約國共計11941.7噸，占其外匯總儲備的30.7%。俄羅斯、中國和哈薩克斯坦在官儲的漲幅上依然處於領先地位。
