长期趋势线的作用

既然投资标的主要走势这么重要，那么一般投资人到底该如何判断长期趋势呢？我们以多头市场为例，假如价格正在向上移动，使得每一次上涨的高点与低点都突破前波的高低点，那么投资人就可以利用连结每一次价格回落的最低点，画出一条直线，这也就得到所谓的上升趋势线。
观察黄金价格从2008年以来存在明显的上升趋势，我们可以把每一次回档的低点连结成一条线，画出一条趋势线，多头的形态就可以一目了然。
就技术分析的角度而言，趋势线通常存在一定的阻力。以多头形态为例，当价格回落到上升趋势线附近的时候，通常就会出现买盘承接，也就形成阻挡价格下跌的“阻力”，造成价格依循着上升趋势线逐步向上移动；相反的在空头趋势当中，价格通常在短期反弹到下降趋势线的时候，就会反转形势再度向下滑落。因此若确定行情为空头走势时，投资者应该在价格接近下降趋势线是迅速出脱手中部位，可得以降低亏损甚至全身而退。
不过若是价格突破上升或下降趋势线时，则要特别注意主要趋势是不是有转变的可能。以2001年当时的走势为例，一直处于空头走势的黄金价格成功突破下降趋势线，而且呈现看回不回的态势，这时就要注意整体投资气氛已不是次级折返了，而是转变为多头的走势。此时应该转变对黄金的趋势看法，并转为偏多操作为主。由此可知，一旦价格突破趋势线达3~5%时，投资人宜做大幅度的方向调整。
但是市场不会一直存在趋势，通常都是在某一范围里面做震荡，这也就是一般技术分析的难处。不过若价格持续在某一个价格区间中波动，我们也可以画出一个区间，作为短期操作的参考依据，以低买高卖的方式进行，仍然可以获得一定的获利水平。
特别提醒，当黄金价格处在某一区间时，由于并不存在一个长期的趋势，因此价格表现随时都有可能出现转折，对于一般投资人来说其实是不容易掌握买进与卖出的机会。而且当每次接近上档压力或下档支撑的同时，尽管形势看起来可以做低买高卖的动作，但是价格也可能很快的突破支撑位与阻力位，造成投资者账上出现大幅度的亏损，因此这时光靠趋势线的操作方式就有点危险。投资者不妨可以再搭配移动平均线的概念进场去做投资，将可望提高自身的投资胜算。
