俄罗斯增持储备 金银震荡依旧
截止至本日北京时间14:30，国际现货黄金价格为1193.2美元/盎司，最高价为1195美元，最低价为1191.1美元，上涨了0.25美元，涨幅为0.03%。
俄央行继续增持黄金储备：据国际货币基金组织周五官网最新数据显示，今年10月包括俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦以及阿塞拜疆等国继续购买黄金，其中俄罗斯购买量最大，接近61万盎司。不过，一些国家如土耳其和墨西哥仍在减持黄金。此前，由于西方国家的制裁加剧了俄罗斯国内的通货通胀，因此，俄罗斯央行以增持黄金来降低经济下滑的风险，其对实物金需求的增加，将为国际金价提供有效支撑。
英国退出欧盟的风险增加：英国明年5月的大选结果难料，据执政的保守党表示，如果再度连任，将在2017年就是否退出欧盟举行公投。在周四举行的国会议员补选中，首相卡梅伦所属的政党，二度让反欧盟的政党–独立党夺走一席，因而迎来外界猜测，英国未来退出欧盟运动的势力正在壮大。如果一旦成真，此举的破坏力巨大，不但会触发欧元大幅下跌，还会引发其他欧盟成员国的纷纷效仿，为欧洲市场带来巨大冲击，届时并定连累黄金随之下跌。
