降息预期削弱，金价逼近3900关口
本周现货黄金于4082附近位置开盘，周内最高反弹至4098附近位置，最低回踩至3886一线附近，尽管目前价格出现一定幅度的反弹，但整体回落走势依然没有改变，后市不排除会有更进一步的回落过程出现。
鲍威尔10月新闻发布会要点总结
1、政策利率前景：美联储在12月再次降息并非板上钉钉的事。今天的意见分歧非常大。FOMC某些成员认为，是时候暂停一下了。 2、资产负债表：今天并没有决定资产负债表的组成问题。负债表的组合是一个长期性的过程，将是循序渐进的。希望朝着（持有）久期更短的资产负债表调整。 3、就业市场：由于政策具有限制性的缘故，就业市场仍然在降温。并未发现就业市场的疲软问题加剧，职位空缺的确表明市场在最近四周保持稳定。劳动力供应戏剧性地下降，影响到就业市场。美联储常密切关注那些裁员决定。 4、通胀：9月CPI比预料的更加温和。剔除住房市场之后的服务通胀一直呈现出单边走势。剔除关税的核心PCE可能处于2.3%或2.4%。迄今，非关税通胀并没有远离2%通胀目标。基本预测是，美国还将出现一些额外的关税通胀。 5、政府停摆：私人行业披露的数据无法取代（劳工统计局BLS等）政府部门的统计结果。可以想象的是，特朗普政府关门会影响到12月FOMC货币政策会议。
美联储利率声明要点：降息25基点并将结束量化紧缩 两人持异议
美联储周三利率决议的要点如下：联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)以10票对2票通过降息决议，将基准利率下调25个基点，至3.75%-4%。美联储宣布将于12月1日起停止缩表，届时，到期的机构债务将被再投资于国库券。美联储理事斯蒂芬·米兰反对此次决议，主张将利率下调50个基点。堪萨斯城联储行长Jeff Schmid主张维持利率不变。声明继续沿用此前对劳动力市场的描述，称“就业增长已放缓，失业率有所上升，但截至8月仍处于低位”。声明补充称，“近期指标与上述变化一致”，“就业面临的下行风险在近几个月有所上升”。美联储表示，现有指标表明经济活动以温和速度扩张，重申通胀自年初以来有所上升，目前仍处在相对高位。
受政府“停摆”影响 美众议院员工工资将暂停发放
当地时间10月29日，美国众议院工作人员收到通知，将无法领取原定于10月31日发放的薪水。通知称：“由于拨款中断，行政官办公室无权发放薪资，直至国会通过临时拨款决议或2026财年拨款法案并签署生效。”与每月领取两次薪水的参议院员工不同，众议院工作人员为每月发薪一次，因此受影响更为直接。
