减产预期提振油价 金银续涨
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场12月黄金期价11月21日收于每盎司1201.5美元，比前一交易日上升了7.6美元，涨幅为0.64%。白银期货上涨1.17%，报16.42美元。
中国央行下调一年期基准利率:中国人民银行宣布，自2014年11月22日起，一年期贷款基准利率下调0.4个百分点至5.6%,一年期存款基准利率下调0.25个百分点至2.75%，同时将存款利率浮动区间的上限,由存款基准利率的1.1倍,调整为1.2倍。中国央行推出新一轮的下调基准利率计划，旨在降低企业融资成本，以提振国家经济水平上升，中国对黄金的消费需求一度升温，促进亚洲地区实物金流动，从而对国际金价构成一定程度利好。
重要产油国或考虑减产石油:据外媒报道，因一些重要的产油大国面临通胀严重，国家货币大幅贬值的困境，如俄罗斯、委内瑞拉和沙特等，它们正在考虑实行减产措施，以捍卫油价，且在全球石油需求难以在短期内大幅提振的情况下，主要产油国进行减产保价的可能性加大。市场对本月27日OPEC会议中，对于是否宣布减产以应对原油价格下跌的举措，充满怀疑态度。产油国减产消息导致上周五油价创下两周以来的单日强势反弹，而国际金价也在油价上涨的推动下继续拉开反弹格局。
