降息預期削弱，金價逼近3900關口
本周現貨黃金於4082附近位置開盤，周內最高反彈至4098附近位置，最低回踩至3886一線附近，儘管目前價格出現一定幅度的反彈，但整體回落走勢依然沒有改變，後市不排除會有更進一步的回落過程出現。
鮑威爾10月新聞發佈會要點總結
1、政策利率前景：美聯儲在12月再次降息並非板上釘釘的事。今天的意見分歧非常大。FOMC某些成員認為，是時候暫停一下了。 2、資產負債表：今天並沒有決定資產負債表的組成問題。負債表的組合是一個長期性的過程，將是循序漸進的。希望朝著（持有）久期更短的資產負債表調整。 3、就業市場：由於政策具有限制性的緣故，就業市場仍然在降溫。並未發現就業市場的疲軟問題加劇，職位空缺的確表明市場在最近四周保持穩定。勞動力供應戲劇性地下降，影響到就業市場。美聯儲常密切關注那些裁員決定。 4、通脹：9月CPI比預料的更加溫和。剔除住房市場之後的服務通脹一直呈現出單邊走勢。剔除關稅的核心PCE可能處於2.3%或2.4%。迄今，非關稅通脹並沒有遠離2%通脹目標。基本預測是，美國還將出現一些額外的關稅通脹。 5、政府停擺：私人行業披露的數據無法取代（勞工統計局BLS等）政府部門的統計結果。可以想像的是，特朗普政府關門會影響到12月FOMC貨幣政策會議。
美聯儲利率聲明要點：降息25基點並將結束量化緊縮 兩人持異議
美聯儲週三利率決議的要點如下：聯邦公開市場委員會(FOMC)以10票對2票通過降息決議，將基準利率下調25個基點，至3.75%-4%。美聯儲宣佈將於12月1日起停止縮表，屆時，到期的機構債務將被再投資於國庫券。美聯儲理事斯蒂芬·米蘭反對此次決議，主張將利率下調50個基點。堪薩斯城聯儲行長Jeff Schmid主張維持利率不變。聲明繼續沿用此前對勞動力市場的描述，稱“就業增長已放緩，失業率有所上升，但截至8月仍處於低位”。聲明補充稱，“近期指標與上述變化一致”，“就業面臨的下行風險在近幾個月有所上升”。美聯儲表示，現有指標表明經濟活動以溫和速度擴張，重申通脹自年初以來有所上升，目前仍處在相對高位。
受政府“停擺”影響 美眾議院員工工資將暫停發放
當地時間10月29日，美國眾議院工作人員收到通知，將無法領取原定於10月31日發放的薪水。通知稱：“由於撥款中斷，行政官辦公室無權發放薪資，直至國會通過臨時撥款決議或2026財年撥款法案並簽署生效。”與每月領取兩次薪水的參議院員工不同，眾議院工作人員為每月發薪一次，因此受影響更為直接。
