避险需求持续发力，金价触碰4060一线
昨日亚盘时段金价于3990一线位置开盘，随后价格展开震荡上行过程，尽管傍晚时段金价在短暂调整后，于晚间进一步将高点刷新至4060一线，但上方压力效果较为明显，目前价格出现明显回落调整过程。
美国参议院再次没有通过为政府提供资金和结束停摆的提案
美国参议院再次否决政府临时融资立法草案，特朗普政府停摆（关门）事件进入第二周。美国东部时间12:50左右，民主党人支持的法案以47-52票的投票结果失败。不久后，开始表决共和党人的版本。在之前的五次投票中，这些势均力敌的权宜之计都未能通过。民主党人希望任何拨款法案都包括医疗保障，尤其是延长将于年底到期的奥巴马医保补贴。
加沙停火谈判继续 哈马斯要求协议执行须获“国际保障”
8日，巴勒斯坦伊斯兰抵抗运动（哈马斯）与以色列在埃及沙姆沙伊赫举行的新一轮加沙地带停火谈判继续进行。据卡塔尔半岛电视台等媒体报道，在此前一天的谈判中，哈马斯方面提出了几个要求，一是以色列彻底结束对加沙地带的侵占，这一点必须得到国际保障；二是将释放以色列被扣押人员与以色列全面撤军的时间挂钩。而以色列官方则暂未对谈判进展发表评论。 此前一天，哈马斯首席谈判代表哈利勒·哈亚接受埃及开罗新闻电视台采访时说，哈马斯代表团来埃及的目标明确，就是立即停止冲突、确保以色列从加沙地带撤军以及达成被扣押人员交换协议。他强调，以色列必须彻底结束对加沙地带的侵占，这一点必须得到停火斡旋方“真正的保障”。
美国国会山：上个财年预算赤字1.8万亿美元
美国国会预算办公室（CBO）：预计美国9月预算盈余1640亿美元。预计2025财年（至9月30日的12个月）预算赤字1.809万亿美元，相比之下，2024财年赤字1.817万亿美元。2025财年财政收入增长6%，至5.22万亿美元；财政开支增长3%，至7.035万亿美元。
