ECB意外降息 欧元走贬

欧元相对于美元、日圆7日因欧洲央行(ECB)意外降息而大幅走贬。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，截至7日纽约汇市尾盘欧元兑美元贬值0.75%至1.3421；盘中最低点1.3294创9月13日以来新低。欧元兑日圆重贬1.55%至131.36；盘中最低点131.14创10月8日以来新低。ECB 7日出乎市场意料之外地将主要再融资利率调降一码至0.25%的历史最低点。
彭博社报导，消息人士透露，包括德国央行总裁Jens Weidmann以及与德国看法接近的理事会成员都希望能够等到下个月有更多数据之后再决定是否降息。欧元兑美元7日盘中一度重挫1.6%、创2011年12月以来最大单日跌幅。
ECB总裁德拉吉(Mario Draghi)7日表示，降息是基于物价压力降低，未来一段相当长的时间内借贷成本都将处于低档。他并且表示欧元区经济活动可望因外销需求逐步转强而受惠，否认决策者曾讨论过欧元汇价水平。10月31日公布的数据显示，10月份欧元区通膨意外降至0.7%、创2009年11月以来新低。
美元兑日圆7日盘中因美国第3季GDP数据优于预期(年率报2.8%、优于市场预期的2.0%)而升至99.40、创9月20日以来新高，但随后因欧美股市下杀而转弱、贬值0.83%至97.86。
