本周現貨黃金於3333一線附近開盤，周內最高反彈至3345附近，最低回踩至3282一線位置，整體表現為震盪走勢，相對於之前震盪幅度進一步收窄，由於後市方向暫不明朗，建議可以繼續保持震盪思路，減少激進破位操作。
盧拉：巴西將依據對等原則法回應美國
巴西總統盧拉在社交媒體上發佈帖子回應特朗普稱：鑒於美國總統唐納德·特朗普週三（9日）下午在社交媒體上發表的公開聲明，有必要強調：巴西是一個主權國家，擁有獨立的機構，不受任何人控制。在巴西，言論自由不應與侵略或暴力行為混為一談。所有在巴西運營的國內外公司都必須遵守巴西法律。關於巴西與美國貿易關係中所謂的美國逆差的說法是錯誤的。美國政府自己的統計數據證明，過去15年，美國與巴西的貨物和服務貿易順差達4100億美元。從這個意義上講，任何單方面提高關稅的舉措都將根據巴西經濟互惠法予以回應。
歐佩克禁止五家主要新聞機構參加石油會議

特朗普再向7國發出關稅信函
美國總統特朗普當地時間7月9日在他創立的社交媒體平臺“真實社交”上發佈致7個國家領導人有關加征關稅的信函。這7個國家包括菲律賓、汶萊、莫爾達瓦、阿爾及利亞、伊拉克、利比亞和斯里蘭卡。其中，利比亞、伊拉克、阿爾及利亞和斯里蘭卡將被徵收30%的關稅，汶萊和莫爾達瓦的稅率是25%，菲律賓的稅率是20%。新稅率將從8月1日起生效。特朗普當地時間7月7日已向日本、韓國等14個國家發出了首批關稅信函，關稅稅率從25%到40%不等。他同時預告本周還會有更多此類信函發出。
