鹰派降息打压黄金，金价放缓反弹走势
上周现货黄金于4228附近位置开盘，周内最高反弹至4264一线位置，最低回踩至4164附近，最终收于4208一线附近位置，整体呈现震荡整理走势。上周金价反弹过程暂时放缓，本周开盘后价格亦未出现明显的发力动作，后市反弹是否能进一步延续仍是未知数。
据日本原燃公司证实，12月8日深夜日本青森县近海发生强烈地震后，在位于青森县六所村的核废料处理厂，工作人员对乏燃料池进行检查时发现，池子周围的地面上“至少有超过100升的水”。据分析，这些水“可能是由于地震晃动导致乏燃料池中的水溢出”。不过，据称溢出的水“仍留在建筑物内部，未对外部环境造成影响”。日本原燃公司还称，由于乏燃料池的水位“得以保持”，冷却功能也“维持正常”，因此“不存在安全问题”。据称截至目前，“尚未发现此次地震引发的其他异常”，设施周边用于测量辐射剂量的监测仪器读数也“没有发生变化”。
白宫：美国汽油价格正跌至多年低位
美国白宫表示，全国普通汽油的平均价格处于1681天以来的最低水平，而且趋势还在下降。GasBuddy的数据显示，37个州的平均汽油价格已经跌至每加仑3美元以下，22个州跌至每加仑2.75美元以下，5个州跌至每加仑2.50美元以下。事实上，美国人甚至可以在至少四个州的一些加油站找到每加仑2美元以下的汽油。
美国将为受关税政策影响农民提供120亿美元救助
美国总统特朗普8日下午在白宫宣布，联邦政府将为美国农民提供规模为120亿美元的救助，以应对美关税政策对美农业的“反噬”。特朗普政府今年早些时候出台大范围加征关税政策，扰乱全球贸易秩序，结果导致美国出口市场受阻。美国大豆和玉米等农产品售价低迷，加上化肥和农用机械成本升高，美国农场经营难以盈利，不少农民陷入困境。
