降息概率再度飙升，金价重回4100
上周现货黄金于4078一线位置开盘，周内最低回踩至3998附近位置，最高反弹回4132一线，最终收于4088一线附近，整体呈现探低回升走势。尽管下方存在有效支撑，但上方价格依然面临明显的压力，目前整体震荡格局依然没有改变。
欧盟驳斥美国提议 拒以放宽数字监管换取钢铝关税下调
欧盟反垄断负责人排除放宽该集团科技监管规则的可能性，此前美国商务部长霍华德·卢特尼克称，布鲁塞尔需要修改其数字法规，以达成降低钢铝关税的协议。卢特尼克周一接受采访时表示，美国将以一项“不错的钢铝”协议换取欧盟放松科技监管规定。美国目前对来自欧盟的钢铁和铝征收50%的关税。“欧洲的数字准则不容谈判，”欧盟委员会副主席Teresa Ribera周一晚些时候在声明中表示。“我们欧洲人制定这些规则是为了确保公平市场和保护消费者权益，同时保障欧洲的数字未来。”
俄罗斯：结束乌克兰危机“欧洲方案”不具建设性
据新华社报道，俄罗斯总统助理乌沙科夫24日表示，俄方已了解欧洲就结束乌克兰危机所提出的和平方案，但该方案对俄方不具建设性，也不符合俄方利益。乌沙科夫接受俄罗斯媒体采访时作出这一回应。西方媒体将这一“欧洲方案”视作欧洲对美国所提28点新计划的“反建议”。
欧盟理事会批准2026年欧盟预算
欧盟理事会24日批准2026年欧盟财政预算。本次预算总额为1928亿欧元，总支出设定为1901亿欧元。欧盟轮值主席国丹麦财政大臣兼2026年欧盟预算首席谈判代表尼古拉·瓦门说，2026年预算聚焦国防、移民、竞争力等优先领域，以“果断回应欧洲公民的需求”。与此同时，预算也保留一定灵活性，以“应对不断演变的危机”。在2026年预算中，欧盟按照其“多年度财政框架”下的承诺支出上限，保留了7.157亿欧元的余量，以确保有能力应对突发状况。
