降息预期推动黄金反弹，金价逼近4200关口
本周现货黄金价格于4008附近位置开盘，周内金价最低回踩至4004一线附近，随后一直维持震荡反弹走势，截至目前为止价格最高一度反弹至4212附近位置。金价自下方3886附近位置站稳后，整体反弹幅度已经达到326美元，后市仍有进一步反弹的趋势。
美国政府“开门”将是慢动作 重启时间或达一周以上
美国史上最长的政府停摆即将结束，但要全面恢复正常运作可能还需数日，部分机构甚至得一周或更久。薪资系统需要更新以补发停摆期间的工资。停滞长达43天的拨款发放、贷款申请和客服积案也需尽快清理。延误的环保许可、工作场所检查及政府合同审批在各联邦机构中堆积如山。上述各项重启工作都要等到国会通过拨款法案并由总统特朗普正式签署后才能开展。众议院最早可能于周三晚间通过参议院已批准的临时拨款法案，但许多政府机构可能要到周五或下周一才能开始恢复运转，具体取决于法案在国会的推进速度。
哈塞特：如有机会愿意出任美联储主席 主张更大幅度降息
美国白宫国家经济委员会主任哈塞特表示，他已告诉特朗普，如果被提名接替鲍威尔担任美联储主席，他将接受这一职位。哈塞特补充说，他希望在12月的政策会议上实施更大幅度的降息。哈塞特是特朗普点名的候选人之一。他表示，对鲍威尔在长期政府停摆和好于预期的通胀数据背景下没有采取更激进的降息感到惊讶。哈塞特说：“我认为总统觉得利率可以更低，而我对此表示赞同。”他指出，自己认为有理由进行50个基点的降息，但预计美联储只会降息25个基点。哈塞特认为政府关门每持续一周，美国GDP就会减少约150亿美元，并指出9月的通胀数据低于预期。
国际能源署：全球约7.3亿人仍无法获得电力供应
国际能源署12日发布的《2025年世界能源展望》报告说，全球约有7.3亿人仍无法获得电力供应，并且气候风险日益加剧。报告说，在能源可及性和应对气候变化方面，全球尚未达标。但报告也指出，如果全球在本世纪中叶实现净零排放目标，长期升温幅度仍有望控制在1.5摄氏度以内。
