市场静候观望，金价维持震荡
上周现货黄金于4082附近位置开盘，周内最高反弹至4098一线附近，最低回踩至3886附近，周末收于4000一线位置。尽管上周金价探低回升，但本周价格暂时唯有进一步反弹的动作出现，整体保持震荡整理。
美国财政部因现金余额高于预期下调季度借款规模预估
美国财政部下调了当前季度联邦借款预估，主要是因为季度初现金余额高于预期。财政部周一声明称，预计10月至12月净借款规模为5690亿美元，低于7月预估的5900亿美元，该预估假设财政部12月底现金余额为8500亿美元，这一水平与前几个季度一致。财政部预计明年1月至3月借款规模为5780亿美元，目标是3月底保持8500亿美元现金余额。上一季度，财政部在国会通过提高债务上限法案后大幅增加国库券发行以重建现金储备，而这一余额已超过此前8500亿美元目标，自2021年4月以来首次达到1万亿美元。
美政府“停摆”将平纪录 食品救济金“减半”
美国联邦政府“停摆”3日进入第34天，距35天的“停摆”最长历史纪录仅“一日之遥”。特朗普政府当天表示，将动用应急资金维持本月“补充营养援助计划”一半救济金的发放，但一些州可能需要数周甚至数月时间才能恢复发放。因资金耗尽，“补充营养援助计划”本月1日起暂停发放救济金。这一联邦食品救济项目由美国农业部监管，每月支出超过80亿美元。据美国媒体报道，这是“补充营养援助计划”设立60年来首次停发救济金，以往即便在联邦政府“停摆”期间也没停发过。
