避险情绪继续发酵，金价维持震荡整理
本周现货黄金于3333一线附近开盘，周内最高反弹至3345附近，最低回踩至3282一线位置，整体表现为震荡走势，相对于之前震荡幅度进一步收窄，由于后市方向暂不明朗，建议可以继续保持震荡思路，减少激进破位操作。
卢拉：巴西将依据对等原则法回应美国
巴西总统卢拉在社交媒体上发布帖子回应特朗普称：鉴于美国总统唐纳德·特朗普周三（9日）下午在社交媒体上发表的公开声明，有必要强调：巴西是一个主权国家，拥有独立的机构，不受任何人控制。在巴西，言论自由不应与侵略或暴力行为混为一谈。所有在巴西运营的国内外公司都必须遵守巴西法律。关于巴西与美国贸易关系中所谓的美国逆差的说法是错误的。美国政府自己的统计数据证明，过去15年，美国与巴西的货物和服务贸易顺差达4100亿美元。从这个意义上讲，任何单方面提高关税的举措都将根据巴西经济互惠法予以回应。
欧佩克禁止五家主要新闻机构参加石油会议
欧佩克扩大了对媒体的限制，禁止五大新闻机构——华尔街日报、纽约时报、英国金融时报、路透社和彭博社——参加本周三至周四在维也纳举行的两年一度的石油工业会议，而其他新闻机构获准参会。此前的会议也有类似的限制，引发了人们对全球能源市场透明度的担忧。欧佩克没有对此次限制提供官方解释。然而，欧佩克秘书长阿尔盖斯此前曾为这种做法辩护，称“这是我们的房子”，强调该组织对媒体访问的自由裁量权。
特朗普再向7国发出关税信函
美国总统特朗普当地时间7月9日在他创立的社交媒体平台“真实社交”上发布致7个国家领导人有关加征关税的信函。这7个国家包括菲律宾、文莱、摩尔多瓦、阿尔及利亚、伊拉克、利比亚和斯里兰卡。其中，利比亚、伊拉克、阿尔及利亚和斯里兰卡将被征收30%的关税，文莱和摩尔多瓦的税率是25%，菲律宾的税率是20%。新税率将从8月1日起生效。特朗普当地时间7月7日已向日本、韩国等14个国家发出了首批关税信函，关税税率从25%到40%不等。他同时预告本周还会有更多此类信函发出。
