一个简单的故事，就讲清楚了这些金融名词！
虚拟经济、泡沫经济、融资、次贷危机、失业和金融危机这些专业金融词语很难理解吗？一个小故事就能解释清楚这些专业词语。经济和金融活动无时无刻都发生在我们身边！
虚拟经济
在一个小镇上，有两个妇女在卖烧饼。每人每天卖20个(因为整个烧饼需求量只有40个) 。烧饼一元一个。有一天，两人同意以固定价格，各向对方买100个，以记账形式记录这一次的买卖。如此一来，一天的交易资金就变成了240元。这种经济模式就称虚拟经济。
泡沫经济
如果两人互相卖烧饼的价格是5元一个，各买了100个，一天交易量就变成了1040元，市场上烧饼的价格也被带动到2元一个，有些人听到烧饼卖到5块钱，但此时只看到市场烧饼卖2元，于是赶紧买囤货，泡沫经济就产生了。
融资
如果不能马上做出那么多烧饼，就购买远期烧饼。甲乙双方增加了烧饼数量（每天100个或更多），另一方面卖远期烧饼，还发行了烧饼债券。消费者不仅可以用现金还可以以抵押贷款的形式购买它。这就是融资。
次贷危机
有人想买，没有现金，没有抵押品，两位妇人就发行了次贷烧饼债券，还从保险公司买了保险。次级债券为次贷危机埋下了种子
有一天，发现买来的饼吃不完，多得发霉，即使价格比较低，也要赶紧脱手卖掉。这就是经济泡沫破裂。
失业
紧接着烧饼店要裁员，店员被炒了（每天现在只需要40块烧饼），于是出现了失业潮。
烧饼债券成为废纸 ，次贷危机爆发。
金融危机
抵押贷款（抵押物不值钱）都收不回来，贷款银行出现流动性危机，大量市民要取款。因为妇人已经买了保险，保险自然要赔偿他们，保险公司面临破产，金融危机于是爆发。
