美联储七月决议！市场波澜不再

分析师预测：“耶伦和其他美联储官员会告诉市场，他们正在收紧政策，不过是以被动且可预测的方式收紧。”
分析师表示：“我们认为这次美联储的声明会相当乐观，同时也符合市场预期。”他表示：“预计美联储在未来几个月内可能不会有大动作，因此也不太过担忧。但必须牢记的是，在未来的18个月内，美联储必然会加息。”
预计美联储还将加息三次，每次加息25个基点，并且开始缩减资产负债表。所以他建议投资者在投资策略中应该注重“平衡”，尤其是在债券投资中更是如此。他补充道，股票投资者应该注意，目前一些股票估值被高估，所以还是建议在未来六个月采取观望策略。
分析师也表示，关于本周的美联储会议，市场上基本没有太多人认为会出现大的政策变动。布朗兄弟哈里曼公司全球外汇策略是主管钱德勒(Marc Chandler)表示，“如果美联储真的在这次会议期间决定改变政策，那这样做的理由绝对是超出我们认知的。”
鉴于美联储政策上可能没有大动作，那么公布利率决议后的货币政策声明就更受瞩目一些。在这次的声明中美联储表达出的对美国经济的看法和展望，很可能影响未来美联储加息的预期。
对于美国目前的经济来说，美联储官员普遍持乐观态度。在这次会议上，美联储官员们可能会谈起今年初以来一片大好的就业和经济增长趋势，但也可能会提到到消费者支出变得疲软等方面。
此外还有一点，就是尽管美国失业率已经达到十六年以来低点，但工资增长数据并不尽如人意，美联储对此也一直持谨慎态度。
尽管耶伦认为就业市场收紧会推高工资增长率和总体的通胀水平，但从目前的数据上来看还没有太多的表现。
既然市场普遍预期美联储本周不会加息，那么美联储下次加息究竟在何时呢？答案是：大约在冬季。
不过需要注意的是，美联储很大可能不愿意同时进行加息和缩表，而市场又普遍预期美联储会在9月宣布缩表，那么就意味着下一次加息的时间可能会被推迟到今年12月。
