欧元区CPI年率终值创逾两年高位
欧盟统计局周一(10月17日)发布的数据显示，欧元区9月CPI年率终值上升0.4%，升幅符合预期，餐馆、咖啡馆以及房租和香烟的价格升高推升了欧元区9月CPI月率，抵消了廉价的燃料和天然气对通胀的不利影响。
具体数据显示，欧元区9月CPI年率终值增长0.4%，创两年多来高位，升幅和预期值一致，高于初值0.2%；欧元区9月核心CPI年率终值增长0.8%，升幅和预期值与初值一致。
数据并显示，欧元区9月CPI月率上升0.4%，升幅和预期值一致，高于前值0.1%；欧元区9月核心CPI月率上升0.5%，升幅高于前值0.3%。
分项数据显示，9月欧元区食品、酒和烟草价格年率上涨了0.7%；未加工的食品价格年率上涨了1.1%。欧盟统计局称，餐馆和咖啡馆价格的上升为欧元区9月CPI年率终值贡献了0.08个点；房租和香烟价格的升高分别为欧元区9月CPI年率终值贡献了0.05个点。
另外，虽然9月能源价格月率上升了1.0%，但9月能源价格年率下降3.0%，较8月能源价格年率5.6%的降幅温和，这反映出油价的上升。
欧洲央行希望在中期内将欧元区通胀维持在接近2%的水平上。为了使通胀水平接近其目标，欧洲央行正在二手市场上每月买入800亿欧元政府债券以向银行体系注入更多现金并强迫银行向实体经济发放更多贷款以提振经济增长率和通胀。
