新屋销售亮眼 金银回归下行
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场10月黄金期价9月24日收于每盎司1223.5美元，比前一交易日下滑了6.3美元，跌幅为0.51%。白银期货下跌0.62%，报每盎司17.66美元。
新屋销售创6年新高:美国8月新屋销售为50.4万，大幅高于预期值43万，增长月率为18%，高于预期增速4.4%，新屋销售更创下了6年来的新高。虽然早前公布的8月美国营建支，以及成屋销售数据均表现较差，但本次的新屋销售数据，则令市场大感意外，也证明美国经济的复苏动力仍未缺失，美元将继续受利好影响提振，从而打压以美元计价的黄金。
德国商业景气指数续降:德国9月IFO的商业景气指数为104.7，表现为进一步严重下降，并且录得2013年4月以来的低位，预期指数为99.3，下降至2012年12月以来的低位，现况指数则下降至110.5。IFO经济学家沃垃博表示，预计德国第三季度经济，将呈现零增长的态势。由于德国作为欧元区经济十分重要的发达国家，结合7到8月该国的经济表现上看，无论在制造业、批发零售及房产市场方面都出现疲软，这无形中继续给欧央行实现的宽松货币政策施压，欧元保持弱势从而拖累金价走软。
