OPEC减产协议未达成 金银拉大跌势
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场12月黄金期价11月27日收于每盎司1189.8美元，比前一交易日下滑了7.2美元，跌幅为0.6%。白银期货下跌1.64%，报16.19美元。
OPEC宣告不减产石油：据外媒报道，石油输出国家组织（OPEC）在昨日决定不减产，这导致国际油价盘中一度大跌，其中纽约市场原油期货已跌破每桶70美元。近期尽管全球石油市场存在严重的供过于求局面，油价自本年6月以来的跌幅，已经超过了三分之一，油国组织仍决定维持原来的每日3000万桶的总产量。因OPEC并未达成减产协议，这导致国际原油价格深度回落，与其走势呈正相关的国际金价也受累下行，在上试1200美元/盎司无果后拉大跌势。
欧央行宽松措施将提振提振：德拉基指出，缺乏结构性改革威胁欧元货币联盟的凝聚力，而欧央行相信目前的宽松措施将影响通胀，预计欧元区经济依旧将保持温和复苏，当未来增长面临则一系列的下行风险，如果必要将采取新的措施来支持通胀预期。昨日公布的10月欧元区M3货币供应年率稍差于市场预期，而欧元区的其他经济数据，如经济信心或商业景气指数，则受欧央行宽松预期的积极影响有所回暖，而德拉基继续推行刺激措施以提振通胀的设想，将对欧元走势构成中长期打压，从而利空金价。
