获利了结拖累黄金，金价冲高回落
本周现货黄金于5366附近位置开盘，周内金价最低小幅回落至5230下方位置，最高反弹至5416一线。昨日金价整体呈现冲高回落走势，尽管今日也有反弹的动作出现，但已经临近昨日价格承压区间，是否能进一步出现突破仍是未知数。
美国国务院敦促公民立即离开十几个中东国家
美国国务院官员表示，美国呼吁民众“立即离开”中东地区的十几个国家和地区。所列地点包括：巴林、埃及、伊朗、伊拉克、以色列、约旦河西岸和加沙、约旦、科威特、黎巴嫩、阿曼、卡塔尔、沙特阿拉伯、叙利亚、阿联酋和也门。这是美国政府在美以对伊朗发动重大军事行动、地区冲突急剧升级后发布的最广泛撤离警告。此前伊朗已宣布关闭霍尔木兹海峡，并警告将攻击任何试图通过的船只，地区安全局势持续恶化。国务院敦促在当地的美国公民尽快撤离，反映出官方对局势进一步升级的严重担忧。目前多国已关闭领空，商业航班大量取消，撤离通道面临严峻挑战。
美政府违法征收关税或需加速退还
当地时间3月2日，美国一家上诉法院将此前导致美国总统特朗普大规模关税被裁定无效的多起诉讼发回至美国国际贸易法院。而美国国际贸易法院有权裁决退还进口商缴纳的相关税款。进口商此前已请求国际贸易法院，一旦案件重新归其管辖，应命令特朗普政府立即着手制定退税程序。美国联邦巡回上诉法院批准了进口商提出的将案件发回美国国际贸易法院的动议。特朗普政府反对该动议，称希望将案件推迟最多4个月，以便有时间考虑应对方案。 美国最高法院于2月20日裁定特朗普依据《国际紧急经济权力法》实施的大规模关税无效。超过30万家进口商支付了这些关税，但最高法院并未就政府应如何退还这些资金提供指导。特朗普曾表示，退款过程可能引发长达五年的法律诉讼。 目前约有2000家进口商提起诉讼要求退税，其中许多是大型跨国公司，如联邦快递等。

当地时间3月2日深夜，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队司令顾问表示，霍尔木兹海峡已被关闭，伊方将打击所有试图从霍尔木兹海峡通过的船只。目前伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队暂未发表官方声明。
