俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫19日表示，欧洲国家在乌克兰问题上的多数观点更倾向于促使冲突延续，而非推动和平解决。佩斯科夫当天对媒体说，欧洲代表并未参与俄美乌三方在瑞士日内瓦的会谈。当前三方框架下，俄方认为，让欧洲方面参与乌克兰问题谈判进程“看不到意义”。佩斯科夫说，俄总统普京已听取俄方代表团关于日内瓦会谈结果的汇报。被问及会谈主要议题时，佩斯科夫说，当前谈判正处于不宜公开讨论的阶段，俄方不会透露相关细节。俄方将根据对会谈结果的分析，确定下一轮磋商的时间和地点。

以色列总理内塔尼亚胡19日再次威胁伊朗称，如果伊朗因遭到美国军事打击而攻击以色列，将面临其“难以想象”的报复。内塔尼亚胡当天在以色列国防军学员毕业典礼上发表讲话，称以色列已为任何情况做好准备，并与主要盟友美国并肩行动，以应对伊朗“威胁”。
