伦敦金的利息收支计算方法与其他的贵金属现货利息收支计算方法相同，主要是收取隔夜利息费，隔夜利息费是指伦敦金投资的交易者还没有平掉头寸，交易单经历一天的收盘价后，持仓到第二天，这就产生了伦敦金交易的隔夜利息，不管投资者买多还是卖空，交易单统一按照当天的客户选择的入市价登记，同时按照相应的利率和过夜天数来支付伦敦金的隔夜利息。
对于不同的伦敦金平台供应商而言，收取的伦敦金隔夜利息也是不同的。有的平台做多单要付利息，空单则返还利息。有些平台则不管多单还是空单，一律都要收取利息，这要按每个平台的具体使用的伦敦金交易规则去遵守。
凡客户持仓于周末过市须收取周五、周六和周日这三天的利息，如果投资者在周五收市前平仓，则不需要被贵金属交易平台商收取周末隔夜利息。一般伦敦金和伦敦银的隔夜利息分别为：买入——1.25%、卖出——0.75%，一般来说，每手1天需要支付的伦敦金隔夜利息约为4美元。
伦敦金隔夜利息的计算公式：当天客户选定的入市价*合约单位*手数*利率*（过夜天数/360）=隔夜利息费，
伦敦金的隔夜利息在MT4交易平台上“利息”栏中显示。负(-)利息表示客户要付出利息，正(+)利息表示客户会收取利息。不同的公司对隔夜利息可能有不同的规定。
在大田贵金属，如不是即日平仓之合约，交易平台会以延长交易处理，以完成买卖交易后第2个交易日开始计算按本公司所定之各种贵金属存/欠息率计算应有利息。计算利息时间：夏令时翌日凌晨3：00，冬令时翌日凌晨4:00。
由于伦敦金交易只是贵金属合约凭证的一种，不涉及实物交割，所以伦敦金交易是不涉及仓租费用的。下面举例子说明伦敦金的隔夜利息收支计算方法是怎么样，
在2014年5月5日沽出三手伦敦金合约，假设客户交易伦敦金的卖出价：US$ 998.10/盎司。持仓过市一天后完成平仓。
收市结算价：US$ 998.10/盎司
利率：0.75%
合约单位：100盎司
合约数量：3
伦敦金交易平台的利息收入为998.1*100*3*0.75%*（1/360）=$6.238
伦敦金的隔夜利息计算公式为买卖价位 * 合约单位 * 买卖手数 * 当天买卖利息 * 过夜日数 / 360日
