现货黄金市场行情现状简述：
昨日金价亚盘于3998附近位置开盘，亚盘价格回踩3962一线位置后反弹，但上方4028一线位置的压力效果较为强劲，金价在两度测试后未能成功突破，今日价格有所回落，不过整体回落幅度相对有限，现阶段整体于3990一线进行交投。
大田环球现货黄金参考新闻：美国联邦政府“停摆”3日进入第34天，距35天的“停摆”最长历史纪录仅“一日之遥”。特朗普政府当天表示，将动用应急资金维持本月“补充营养援助计划”一半救济金的发放，但一些州可能需要数周甚至数月时间才能恢复发放。因资金耗尽，“补充营养援助计划”本月1日起暂停发放救济金。这一联邦食品救济项目由美国农业部监管，每月支出超过80亿美元。据美国媒体报道，这是“补充营养援助计划”设立60年来首次停发救济金，以往即便在联邦政府“停摆”期间也没停发过。

欧洲央行行长拉加德发表讲话。
从现货黄金日线图看，昨日金价维持震荡走势录得十字星k线形态，尽管目前价格回落势头明显放缓，但MACD指标双线仍处于死叉运行过程当中，暗示回调过程或仍未结束，后市不排除会有更进一步的回落动作出现。
从现货黄金4小时图看，上周金价在3886一线位置放缓回落走势，在经过两度测试后反弹，但上方4046位置的压力效果明显，价格暂时仍未能成功取得突破，目前MACD指标双线开始粘合，暗示金价面临方向选择窗口，日内需重点留意3990位置的支撑防守情况。
压力：4000-4010-4020
支撑：3990-3980-3970
