熊傲君：贸易战再升级，这次轮到欧洲！

上周市场平平无奇，由于没有过多的数据及消息，整体表现非常谨慎，相比于此前的中美贸易升级以及特金会后，市场开始把注意力转移到OPEC身上，不过周末期间，由于此前美国把枪口对准了欧洲，所以欧洲正式予以还击，欧美贸易争端将进一步恶化，另外特朗普还延长了对朝经济制裁，事件又开始复杂起来，至于能否产生对市场更大影响，就得视乎事件的衍变状况。
欧美贸易摩擦升温
由于不满美国自6月1日起对欧盟钢铁、铝分别征收25%和10%的关税，上周五欧盟正式打响了反击的第一炮，宣布对美国价值28亿欧元的进口商品（摩托车和波本酒）征收25%的对等报复性关税。
而随后，特朗普也怒了，在推特上威胁征收20%的汽车进口税，并呼吁企业回流美国造车，旨在使得美国汽车业重新伟大。此举毫无疑问一旦变为事实，大田环球分析师熊傲君认为将会对欧盟造成致命性的影响，不过欧盟指出报复性反制措施将逐步展开，已经计划的有在2021年3月对高达36亿欧元的美国商品征收10%-50%的关税
美延长了对朝经济制裁
上周五晚间，美国总统特朗普签署行政令，把2008年延续至今的“涉及朝鲜威胁的国家紧急状态”延长一年，并保持对朝鲜的经济制裁。此前的特金会，双方交谈顺利达成协议，朝鲜愿意逐步无核化，但此举明显是美方继续向朝方施压。
自上年开始，朝鲜核问题已经一直让市场非常紧张，而年初朝鲜软化并与各方会面后，市场明显降温，一旦事件出现变数，恐怕这种紧张情绪会重新爆发，鉴于特朗普一向喜欢出尔反尔，朝鲜也经常有异常行为，市场还是在密切地留意双方的动作。
