上海黄金国际板注册完毕拟推行

据了解，为充分利用自贸区优势，上海黄金交易所将其在自贸区推出的国际黄金业务结算纳入自由贸易账户体系。人民银行上海总部与上海黄金交易所签署了合作备忘录。
根据备忘录，作为境内在岸交易市场，上海黄金交易所将接入人行上海总部系统，并依托自贸区自由贸易账户体系为国际投资者参与黄金交易提供便利。
在此基础上，上海黄金交易所还分别与工行、建行、中行上海分行、浦发行上海分行等4家银行现场签订了《结算银行合作协议》。根据协议，符合条件的境内和自贸区内客户可在签约银行分账核算单元内开设自由贸易账户参与黄金交易。
拟建中的上海国际黄金交易中心也将在签约银行分账核算单元开立自由贸易账户，为区内和国际投资者提供参与国际业务相关的结算和清算服务。
上海黄金交易所理事长许罗德在会议上表示，年内将推出黄金国际板业务。目前，上海国际黄金交易中心已经完成注册，业务规则已经修订完毕，交易系统等技术准备已经上线，交割仓库已经通过海关验收，加上此次接入自由贸易账户系统并与相关银行达成结算合作。至此，上海黄金交易中心已经”搭台”完毕。
