叙利亚愿意上交化武 美国仍未放弃动武

本周消息面不多，连最近热炒的叙利亚和QE的消息都将安排在下周发布，所以这两天的黄金市场情况维持上落市阶段，贵金属交易有偏软迹象。
俄罗斯利用美国国务卿克里周一的讲话，建议叙利亚政府交出化学武器以避免受到打击。
俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫称，俄罗斯也在敦促叙利亚最终销毁化学武器，并成为禁止化学武器组织(OPCW)的正式会员。
在被问及拉夫罗夫的提议时，联合国秘书长潘基文称：“我在考虑敦促安理会要求叙利亚马上将化学武器和易制毒化学品库存转移到他们国内可安全储存并销毁的地方。”
白宫官员明确对俄罗斯提议的可行性表示了怀疑。叙利亚战火纷飞，对于入境的外国专家来说是个很危险的地方，而且很难确定每个存放化武的地点都得到妥善封闭。
据美国官员称，克里在与拉夫罗夫的对话中表达了他的怀疑。克里称，这样的提议不能成为推迟白宫争取国会支持对叙动武的理由。
因为叙利亚局势似乎缓和，不论共和国领袖，甚至美国国会成员都偏向不支持向叙利亚采取军事行动，而且叙利亚同意上交化武，以缓和美国对其进行空袭的可能。但有消息指出有证据强烈显示叙利亚确实有使用化学武器，消息可能最快要等到下周一，众议院讨论和投票后才有真正的答案。
