英国就业数据差强人意
周三(10月19日)欧市盘初公布的英国至8月三个月ILO失业率符合预期，9月失业率差于预期，英镑兑美元短线上涨20余点，创逾一周新高1.2329；此次公布的英国就业数据表现差强人意，料小幅缓解英国央行加码宽松的压力，温和提振英镑。
具体数据显示，英国至8月三个月ILO失业率持稳于4.9%，符合预期；英国至8月三个月ILO就业人数增加10.6万人，好于预期但不及前值，预期增加7.6万人，前值增加17.4万人。
英国至8月三个月包括红利的平均工资年率增长2.3%，符合预期及前值；英国至8月三个月剔除红利的平均工资年率增长2.3%，好于预期，预期增长2.1%，前值增长2.1%。
此外，同时公布的英国9月失业率2.3%，差于预期，预期为2.2%，前值为2.2%。
总体而言，此次公布的英国就业数据表现差强人意，暗示英国脱欧尚未明显冲击英国劳动力市场，料小幅缓解英国央行加码宽松的压力，温和提振英镑。
最新彭博调查显示逾70%受访经济学家预计英国央行11月3日会降息；然而货币市场对此并不买账，其数据暗示11月加息几率仅5%。
路透评论称，英国至8月三个月ILO维稳于4.8%，符合预期；至8月三个月 ILO失业人数增加10.6万，高于预期值7.6万，但低于前值17.4万，表明虽然英国就业增速放缓，但是劳动力市场依旧经受住了英国脱欧的考验。英国国家统计局官员也表示就业在夏季继续增长，职位空缺依然维持高位，对经济信心依然充足。
