日银释放宽松信号提振美元 金银双双上演“高台跳水”
由于日本央行周三(9月21日)利率决议向外界释放了宽松的信号，并提振美元/日元大涨逾0.8%，国际现货黄金先扬后抑，最低触及每盎司1308.41美元。与此同时，现货白银与黄金走势类同，一度下跌近1%，最低触及每盎司19.04美元。
日本央行周三宣布维持政策利率不变，但称将扩大货币基础，直到通胀率稳定在2%以上。同时，还将引入量化质化宽松(QQE)，附加收益率曲线控制，设置长期利率目标，放弃基础货币目标。
日本央行还表示，将加强远期指引，根据现有节奏购买日本国债，日本央行ETF购买规模维持在5.7万亿日元。
日本央行决议公布后，美元/日元上窜下跳，先是低见101关口，随后迅速拉升至102.60水平，并提振美元指数上涨0.27%。此外，现货黄金先是触及每盎司1320美元日高，但之后立即掉头重挫逾10美元，触及1308.41美元日低；现货白银亦先触及每盎司19.32美元日高，随后转跌，最低触及19.04美元日低。
