美联储罗森格伦：尽管非农数据疲软 但联储仍接近升息
美国波士顿联储主席罗森格伦周一(6月6日)在赫尔辛基举行的全球相互依存中心会议上表示，美国经济从冬季疲弱表现中反弹，令美联储(FED)更加接近升息。虽然上个月的非农就业数据疲弱，但或许只会令联储暂时按兵不动。
罗森格伦是美联储中的鸽派官员，今年在联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)具有投票权。他本次讲话再一次暗示，美联储仍处在继续收紧政策的轨道上，但可能不会在6月14-15日的会议上升息。
罗森格伦称，“近来的经济数据表现时好时坏，5月非农就业数据令人失望。”。
美国劳工部上周五(6月3日)称，5月非农就业岗位仅增加3.8万个，加上本月稍晚英国将举行退欧公投，这些都令多数经济学家相信，美联储将等到7月或9月才会再度升息。
他指出，“5月非农就业数据与第二季支出和经济加速增长不符，所以重要的是要判断这份报告的疲软表现是异常情况，还是反映出整体就业市场放缓。”
不过，罗森格伦仍预计，“经济将获得足够的增长，可以有理由逐步退出宽松措施。”他并称4.7%的失业率已降至他所认为的“充分就业”水平。实现充分就业是美联储自金融危机爆发以来的重要目标。
罗森格伦一直以来的立场都比其他美联储官员更加偏向宽松，但他最近几个月的讲话显得更有信心。他在5月稍晚表示，“美国经济接近全面达到美联储升息条件。”
他补充道，“从第一季的低迷经济增长中迅速反弹得益于强劲的零售销售，而强劲的零售销售对于整体消费者支出而言是个好兆头。”
