产油国会议让人失望 商品货币受创
周一（4月18日）亚太时段，大宗商品货币兑美元下跌，避险日元则飙升，因全球主要产油国未能就冻产达成协议，打压油价重启跌势。
稍早加元及澳元均下跌约超1%，分别低见1.2983和0.7670。
周日石油输出国组织(OPEC)和非OPEC产油国在多哈举行的冻产谈判未能达成协议，但各国呼吁沙特挽救该协议并帮助提振原油价格。
未能达成协议让市场不安，美国原油期货重挫4.8%，布伦特原油期货亦下跌4.4%。
投资者抢先买进避险货币日元，推升日元兑欧元攀至3年高位。3年前日本央行（BOJ）实行大规模资产购买计划以来欧元兑日元录得的涨势，近期已经被大量回吐。
欧元/日元一度触及121.71，为2013年4月4日以来低点，日本央行即是在这一天推出量化质化货币宽松政策。
美元/日元逼近近期所创18个月低点107.63，一度触及107.75低点，目前位于107.95附近，下跌0.8%。
日本当局表明担忧日元升势过剧，或须进场干预，但却遭到美国冷遇，雅各布.卢上周五表示，他不认为汇市出现任何无序波动。
