北京时间9:30左右，国际金价一分钟暴跌，将跌势扩大至近2.5%，短暂下破1100最低触及每盎司1085美元；银价一分钟跌0.24美元并刷新八个月低位至14.51美元/盎司，跌幅近2%。
中国央行上周五公布，6月底中国黄金储备较逾六年前调整储备组合时增长了57%。尽管黄金储备增加，但目前黄金在总体外汇储备中的占比为1.65%，低于2009年6月时的1.8%。
“市场认为中国一直在买入黄金，但购买的规模远小于应有的水平，”RJO Futures资深商品经纪Phillip Streible说。
因随着希腊和中国的疑虑消退，投资者注意力转向美国加息前景。
引发金价下跌的因素包括对希腊债务危机担忧的消退和中国股市的大跌。美联储主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)的讲话也起到了助涨作用。自上周末以来，耶伦便证实了美联储将在今年晚些时候开始上调短期利率的计划。
上周四在参议院银行委员会作证时，耶伦称，美国劳动力市场朝著更正常的状态又迈进了一步，这为美联储有望在今年晚些时候加息提供了依据。就在前一天，耶伦在众议院金融服务委员会发表了证词。
投资者似乎听从了耶伦的暗示，即美联储倾向于较早提升利率，但步调相对缓慢，从而显示出该央行在中期对通胀保持控制。
美元自上周以来大幅上涨后，买盘有所降温。
目前风险偏好正在升温，市场关注焦点将逐渐回到美国经济数据上。如果有任何交投线索支持投资者对美国加息的看法，推动金价走低的下行压力料将持续；反之，如果美国数据悲观，金价将倾向于持稳。
