新屋数据好转 金银小幅下行
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场11月黄金期价10月17日收于每盎司1238.5美元，比前一交易日下滑了0.6美元，跌幅为0.05%。白银期货下跌0.46%，报每盎司17.27美元。
新屋开工月率大幅好转:美国9月新屋开工月率上升6.3%，比前值-14.40%出现大幅好转，并高于预期值5.4%，10月密歇根大学消费者信心指数初值为86.4，表现分别好于前值和预期。另外，美国企业第三季度财经报告也取得较好业绩。从最新公布的关于美国房产市场数据的表现来看，新屋开工月率反映房产市场仍存在复苏动能，另外10月消费者信心指数也是经济回暖的重要体现，利好的经济前景提振了市场的风险情绪，推动美指、美股反弹，金价因此出现回落。
印度政府或再收紧黄金进口:在近几个月前，印度政府曾放松一定的黄金进口限制，这导致印度的黄金进口量暴增，贸易赤字问题越发严重，其中9月印度的黄金进口量同比大幅上涨，使印度贸易赤字上升到18个月以来的高位，因此，印度政府正在考虑再次收紧黄金进口限制。印度的贸易赤字随印度国外大宗商品的进口，出现再次扩大的情况，其中以黄金为首的主要大宗商品，对印度贸易赤字的影响将随印度传统节日来临而继续增大，印度政府收紧黄金进口限制可能导致走私活动升温，黄金将在实货需求的支撑下有喘息机会。
