加沙有望停火 金银承压下挫
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场8月黄金期价7月23日收于每盎司1304.7美元，比前一交易日下滑了3.5美元，跌幅为0.27%。白银期货下跌0.29%，报每盎司20.95美元。
英央行未确定加息时间:周三公布的英国央行会议纪要显示：委员们以9:0的投票结果，一致同意维持目前的利率水平及资产购买规模，重申在首次加息问题上没有预设时间表，一切均取决于数据。英国央行预期二季度GDP在增长0.9%以后，下半年增速将小幅放缓，认为鲜有迹象显示通胀压力正在积聚。由于英国央行不急于提高利率，意味着今年内将保持低利率的刺激性措施，作为欧元区经济的重要区域体，英国经济的低迷状态将一定程度上打压欧元，促使美元上涨，从而打压黄金。
加沙停火协议有望达成:根据外媒报道，普京在与内塔尼亚胡在周三谈话中表示，加沙地区停火没有选择，并证实已准备为调停提供援助。另外，巴勒斯坦首席谈判代表也表示，未来数小时或者周五将达成加沙停火协议。由于现时联合国组织、欧盟和美国以及俄罗斯都勒令以巴两国停火，若达成了加沙地区的停火协议，市场避险情绪将会降低，黄金作为首要的避险资产则遭到金融市场的抛售。
