印度放宽黄金进口 金价回调
截止至本日北京时间15:00，国际现货黄金价格为1244.14美元/盎司，最高价为1245.3美元，最低价为1241.7美元，下滑了0.19美元，跌幅为0.02%。
7月预算案下调黄金进口税：印度新任财长昨日表示，印度政府可能会把黄金进口税从目前15%的历史高位，下调2%-4%，这将成为今年7月印度政府财长预算案的一部分，目前最有可能是先下调2%。由于经过一年进口税收调整，目前印度政府经常帐赤字已经得到有效改善。印度作为全球较大的黄金消费国家，其黄金消费需求占全球的20%，印度国家财政得以改善，促使新政府进一步为黄金进口松绑，提振印度的黄金珠宝业，同时刺激当地实物黄金投资氛围，国际金价在印度黄金需求推动下有望回升。
今年黄金均价为每盎司1272美元：著名投行法国兴业银行日前上调了今年的黄金价格，将今年的黄金平均价从原来预期的1180美元/盎司上调至1272美元/盎司，该行认为克里米亚危机为国际金价带来的支撑是上调的主要原因，因为克里米亚危机推动了3月国际黄金市场净头寸的增加，现在市场上的头寸数量仍然高于危机发生前的水平，由于克里米亚危机导致俄罗斯对乌克兰的局势实施干预，随后俄方则遭到美国和欧盟的制裁，而且现在正在进行的G8峰会更是把俄罗斯踢出与会名单，这将促使投资者采取谨慎态度，从而激发黄金的避险买盘。
