欧元区CPI低于预期：欧元区5月调和CPI年率初值从0.7%回落至0.5%，核心CPI年率初值从1%回落至0.7%，两项CPI数据均低于市场预期，欧元区的CPI数据在今年4月曾一度回升，如今再度转为走弱，说明欧元区面临的通缩压力并没有得到根本上的改善，在通胀仍处于偏紧的情况下，市场强化了欧央行采取进一步宽松政策的预期，当地时间周四，欧央行将公布利率决议结果，多数机构认为行长德拉基会实施一系列非传统的刺激举措，以打压欧元上涨势头，国际金价短期内或随欧元走势拖累而受压。
美国5月汽车销售创危机前水平：根据最新数据显示，美国5月汽车销量高达1680万辆，预期为1610万辆，销量创2007年2月以来的最高水平，美国油价因此受益于强劲的汽车消费需求，布兰特原油和纽约原油价格走涨，消费需求的增加也促进本周一公布的美国制造业指数向好。这反映美国的重要支撑产业在美国国民消费力提高下得以稳步发展，帮助美国经济加快复苏脚步，支持了联储结束购债的观点，从而利空黄金。
