房产数据优异 金价上涨遇阻
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场5月黄金期价4月28日收于每盎司1296.1美元，比前一交易日下跌7.50美元，跌幅为0.58%。白银期货下跌0.76%，报每盎司19.56美元。
成屋销售数据强劲 金价承压：根据周一晚间全美不动产协会公布的数据显示，美国3月成屋签约销售指数环比增3.4%，创2011年5月来最大增幅，远远超出市场预期。数据表明进入春季以来，美国房产市场开始企稳。房地产问题一直是拖慢美国经济复苏的一大难题，而最新数据表明美国的房地产市场有相当明显的回暖迹象，导致市场风险偏好有所升温，打压金价。
制裁力度弱 黄金避险需求缺失：据海外媒体报道，美国政府昨日宣布对俄罗斯实施新制裁，制裁目标针对与俄罗斯总统普京有关系的7名俄罗斯官员及17家公司，冻结其在美国的资产，并禁止赴美旅行。不过，美国总统奥巴马强调，制裁将不会涉及俄罗斯总统普京。但投资者认为本次制裁力度不及市场预期，俄股和卢布（俄罗斯货币）双双反弹，黄金避险需求则受到遏制。
