房屋数据不及预期 金银持稳
纽约商品交易所黄金期货市场5月黄金期价4月23日收于每盎司1283.7美元，比前一交易日下跌0.30美元，跌幅为0.01%。白银期货上涨0.36%，报每盎司19.45美元。
新屋销售数据远低于市场预期：美国商务部(DOC)周三(4月23日)公布的数据显示，美国3月新屋销售年化总数大幅减少，新屋销售年化月率暴跌14.5%。远低于市场预期。由于美国30年期按揭利率比1年前上涨了1个百分点，导致美国人的房价承受能力开始下降，而美国房地产市场复苏放缓，也会影响联储退出QE的步伐，黄金价格因此受到支撑。
瑞银：短期金银将迎来反弹；瑞银集团周三(4月23日)在报告中称，看涨金银价格的主要理由是因为当前市场的金银空头规模正不断增加，几乎达到了持仓的极限。而近期金银的回落幅度较大，因此更易吸引投资者的买盘。随着投资者回补空头，预计短期金银价格可能会迎来一波反弹的小高潮。
