美国两党达成协议 避免政府再次停摆：美国国会助理表示，国会预算谈判人员达成两年期协议，旨在避免政府1月15日关门，并确定了直至2015年10月1日的联邦政府支出规模。尽管协议内容并没有涉及大幅削减预算赤字的内容，但相关举措的颁布能够避免数年来多次上演的两党对峙局面，政治僵局威胁到美国的经济复苏并打击了支持者对于两党的信心。协议最为直接的结果是，美国政府将成功避免在1月15日再现停摆的局面。
