黄金价格上涨 刷日内高点
截止至北京时间2013年12月10日15:00，伦敦金报价1246.2美元/盎司，高价为1247美元，低价为1235.1美元，波幅为11.9美元。
美国预算谈判达成协议：年末临近，美国财政谈判有望再次成为市场焦点。近日有消息称，参加预算谈判的美国国会议员即将达成一项可以缩减一两年内自动减支规模的协议，达成协议后还需要国会投票通过才能真正起到减少财政紧缩幅度的作用。该协议不会让美国政府债务的增长速度放慢，不会上调债务上限，也不会限制民主党希望废除的企业税减免措施，更不会完全取代自动减支。但它可以让一两年内自动减支的规模减少1000-2000亿美元，其中部分可用于缓解明年1月国防部因削减190亿美元部门开支所受的打击。
金价下跌 全球央行储备缩水：英国前首相布朗(Gordon Brown)在1999年至2002年期间错以每盎司275美元低价贱卖该国395公吨黄金储备的失误，让各国央行引以为戒，也导致央行们对出售黄金态度保守。不过，在金价跌跌不休的冲击下，据二元期权经纪商Banc De Binary估算，全球央行金库中的黄金总值今(2013)年已经暴跌了4,000亿美元。英国媒体报导，美国联储局(FED)是这波金价跌势中的最大输家，估计其握有的8,134黄金储备总值已从一年前的4,330亿美元惨跌至3,270亿美元。
