金价迎来反弹 仍保持疲软

巴克莱：美联储将在明年3月缩减QE：巴克莱资本(Barclays Capital)表示，美联储(FED)上周四(11月21日)公布的会议纪要表明，距离美联储开始缩减资产购买计划又近了一步，美联储即将开始缩减量化宽松(QE)政策。巴克莱资本经济学家团队仍然认为，美联储最有可能在2014年3月19日结束货币政策会议时宣布开始缩减QE政策，并会在随后的9月18日结束的议息会议上宣布最终结束其资产购买计划；认为美联储可能会提前缩减QE的原因在于近期非农就业形势得到改善，且11月份公布的会议纪要基调暗指下周五(12月6日)公布的11月非农就业数据支持提前缩减QE政策。
SNL：2013年全球有色金属的企业探勘预算年减29%：加拿大SNL金属经济集团（SNL Metals Economics Group）11月27日发表的最新报告指出，2013年全球有色金属的企业探勘预算年减29%至152亿美元，主要受到加拿大探勘预算大减的影响。报告表示，受到金属价格下跌的压力，今年各国的企业探勘预算普遍较上年度滑落，但俄罗斯以及刚果则是出现上升；其中俄罗斯的全球排名由去年的第八位攀升至第六位，而刚果更是取代阿根廷挤进前十名的位置，这也是非洲国家首度在全球的企业探勘预算中进入前十名。
