美新刺激方案再度出炉 金价反弹力度初
现货黄金在昨日开盘出现小幅震荡走势，在欧盘确认1848-1850区间支撑后，金价开启反弹模式，接连突破1860、1870美元/盎司关口，今日早间更是重新站上1880美元/盎司上方。现货黄金凌晨3点收于1864.5美元/盎司一线，现阶段现货黄金价格交投于1885美元/盎司一线。现货白银震荡反弹，报23.63美元/盎司。
拉加德称新冠疫情继续带来经济压力：欧洲央行行长拉加德表示，由于新冠疫情使经济前景面临不确定性，欧洲央行做好了必要时采取更多货币政策来刺激经济复苏的准备。拉加德周一在欧洲议会发表讲话，称欧元区经济复苏面临不确定性且尚未完成，消费者支出情绪谨慎，公司投资意愿不高。
美国民主党发布新刺激计划：面对新冠疫情造成的持续损失，众议院民主党议员发布了一项2.2万亿美元的提议，以扩大对美国经济的支持。该计划是在上周进行讨论之后提出的，以促使与白宫进行最后的谈判尝试，并打破自8月初以来持续的新冠疫情救济僵局。佩洛西的发言人称，在民主党计划发布后，众议院议长佩洛西和财政部长姆努钦周一晚上进行了谈话，计划在周二再次交谈。
