零售销售意外上升 黄金价格反应不大
现货黄金截止至2019年3月12日3：00收盘于1293.6美元/盎司，昨日黄金从1300-1299压力一线往下方回落，到达1290收到下方支撑止跌，并稍有反弹出现，黄金整体维持在1300-1290区间内运行。
1月零售销售意外上升：美国1月份零售额出人意料地上升，主要是由于建筑材料和可自由支配开支的购买增加，但12月份的收入比最初预计的要弱得多；经济学家们相信，在政府本月晚些时候发布修正后，第四季度GDP增长预期将被下调；1月份核心零售销售的反弹，可能不会改变人们对一季度经济活动明显放缓的预期。
美国原油需求重返第一：国际能源署（IEA）署长比罗尔称，美国2018年原油需求增速为50万桶/日，高于其他国家。美国的原油需求增速为最近20年来首次问鼎全球，这多亏了石化需求，预计美国到2021年将成为原油和成品油净出口国。委内瑞拉2019年原油产出可能跌至80万桶/日。
