现货黄金看涨情绪高企：10月16日亚洲时段，现货黄金暂时于1228美元/盎司附近交投，由于美国经济数据表现不佳，避险情绪较高，金价基本守住了过去一周的涨幅，具体隔夜触及的两个月高位相去不远，基本面和技术面短线依然偏向利多后市，但仍需留意1235美元/盎司一线的强阻力区域的突破情况。
美国沙特意外走到反目边缘：在沙特记者哈苏吉失踪事件中，美国总统特朗普表示若沙特真牵涉到此事，将对沙特进行制裁，而利雅得誓言反击称拒绝任何威胁，无论是经济制裁、政治压力还是反复的诬陷，受此影响，石油市场处于紧张状态，市场认为沙特是在含蓄地威胁要使用原油作为武器。
